History of Skateboard Factory China

Our factory has been manufacturing skateboards since 1995 for some well known brands of the skateboard industry. Every skater knows our skateboards and might have skated our decks before.
Before 2009 our Woodshop used to produce huge custom orders only, mainly for the USA market. Since we got our European engineer and skateboarder Tomy Rath on board to work in our plant to manage the Skateboard-Factory-China's new sales, development and QC, our plant started restructuring our production processes to be able to produce for smaller custom made OEM orders for smaller brands, shops and wholesalers from around the globe.
Responsible for new customers, the producers quality management and development of the plant here in China is a new young team of which many even skate themselves. Apart from that our factory has a professional production team of technicians and engineers working in the background with test riders, everything based on a manufacturers quality control system with an ISO 9001 certificate which makes us a different manufacturer with great possibilities and options.


Materials and Quality

Production materials like maple, glue and timber are generally all imported from manufacturers from Canada, USA and Germany. For our plant's Canadian maple material import we control and choose the wood based on different quality attributes that are responsible for the great durability and pop of Canadian maple skateboards.


Tests and Development

Our plant's entire production process is subject to constant quality checks and due to Western know-how on site here in China we can meet the highest standards in manufacturing custom skateboard decks for the world market.

Apart from our woodshop we are also a producer of several other products like: bearings, wheels, hardware, griptape, trucks, packaging and more.
